PapaCoder is an independent AI Software Studio based in Wellington, New Zealand. The brand builds AI-powered consumer apps, media platforms, and developer tools — not as scattered side projects, but as a coherent product company run by one engineer.

The founder

Hi, I'm Sangik Kim.

I'm a Senior Software Engineer working as a contractor in New Zealand, with 11+ years across backend systems, cloud platforms, and distributed architecture. Outside client work, I build AI-powered products under the PapaCoder brand.

Philosophy

I believe one developer, powered by AI, can build products that once required an entire company. PapaCoder is my long-term journey to prove that.
